As one of the largest coffee producer in the world, the coffee culture in Vietnam is very strong, and there are coffee shops everywhere in the cities. When it comes to Vietnamese coffee, people immediately think of drip coffee. Besides that, there are also several thematic cafes to be discovered.
中原咖啡 (Trung Nguyen Coffee)
在西貢大陸酒店附近有一家，另一家在Le Loi路上。是越南相當知名的咖啡連鎖店，來這裡一定要來上一杯越南咖啡，滴滴壺下面有加了煉乳的冰塊杯，等他低完整杯都是滿的，然後兩口就沒了，真爽快。
There is one near Hotel Continental Saigon, and another one in Le Loi street. Trung Nguyen Coffee is a famous chain coffee shop in Vietnam, and the Vietnamese drip coffee here is a must-try one. The hot coffee pouring from the metal drip filter into the mug full of ice cubes and the condensed milk. It looks just a tiny amount of coffee from the filter and hot coffee drops melt the ice cubes to make the mug full.

The one I went was L'Usine near Ben Thanh Market, on the 1st Fl. you can find the creative products and clothes designed by local designers. I couldn't help myself not buying a dress there. The 2nd Fl. is L'Usine cafe where you can tasty amazing desserts.

福隆奶茶 (Phuc Long Coffee & Tea Express)
就算是我二月去越南，但是胡志明市還是好熱啊! 難怪越南人都人手一杯飲料。除了咖啡外我也很推薦這家福隆奶茶，在胡志明市裡有大大小小的分店，我們去的是檳城市場附近的店家。 他雖然有賣咖啡，但是他的奶茶還是比較好喝，很濃的奶味，但是相對的，他也很甜，要是不構冰的話，我想會很快就膩了。

There are also several branch in HCMC, the one I went is also near Ben Thanh Market, the milk tea here is so good, with strong creamy flavor, and also very sweet. It's better finish it when it's still cold, otherwise it's also easy to get tired of the sweetness.
