As a foodie, enjoying tasty food is always what I love the most in life and even during my trip. Before visiting Almaty, I had no idea about the food there. Also, by the experiences I had from some of my previous trips, I was sorta concerned and even brought a lot of medicine with me in case my stomach didn't work there.
身為美食愛好者，在日常生活中或是旅行的途中，享受美食一直是我相當的愛好。 再造訪阿拉木圖之前，我對於哪裡的食物完全沒有概念！再加上我之前某些旅行的經驗，我反而還有點擔心甚至帶了不同的胃藥出遊，免得我的腸胃出狀況。
However, the first meal after I arrived Almaty satisfied me quite a lot already. On the way to find out where the hotel was, there were several cafes along the street side, and I just had a chicken salad and a cherry lemonade in a random cafe with my exhausted body. The lemonade and the tea there were a big surprise for me, it's fresh and very fruity. The drinks there I ordered always have fresh herbs and spices within. That's a nice combination for the tongue and even it's a bit sweet, but the species can just balance the sweetness well. I still can't forget the amazing taste from the flavored tea and fresh lemonade drinks there!! You MUST try it if you visit Almaty.
不過，在我抵達阿拉木圖的第一餐就已經讓我覺得驚豔又滿足了！ 在找尋住宿旅館的路上，有條街道旁邊林立著許多的咖啡廳，我拖著我疲憊的身體在隨便一家咖啡廳裡休息點了道雞肉沙拉跟櫻桃檸檬飲。 沒想到他們的檸檬飲跟茶飲真的是大大的震撼我的味蕾。 檸檬飲跟茶裡面充滿著許多新鮮的草本植物跟香料，這樣的組合對於舌尖真的是大大的挑逗啊！雖然有點甜但是香料的味道可以平衡掉稍甜的滋味，我還是很懷念哪檸檬飲跟風味茶飲的滋味啊！ 要是你造訪阿拉木圖的話！一定要品嚐啊！
Honestly, the cafes and restaurants in Almaty, are very well designed and each one has its own style. When you are in one of them, you can strongly sense the relaxing environment and enjoy the little details which the restaurant or cafes can offer you. From all those small things in the design, you see the attention paid from the owner.
說真的，在阿拉木圖的咖啡廳或是餐廳都有強烈的設計感，每一間店家都有著各自獨特的特色。 當你身在其中一家，你可以強烈感受到哪舒適的環境跟每家店可以提供你在設計上獨到的小細節。 從這些小細節中，你也可以見到店主的用心。
The Restaurant I would like to recommend here is the following four: Rumi, Saule, Hachapuri and Khinkalievich.
接下來我要推薦的餐廳有Rumi, Saule 跟Hachapuri Khinkalievich!
Rumi is an Uzbek restaurant, which I was recommended by a Canadian couple from the hotel. It's located at the Dostyk Avenue, near the Kazakhstan Hotel.
The Restaurant is designed with all the Uzbek way (I guess), for me, the whole environment there was just very exotic and simply Central-Asian for me (Because I'm not local, everything is exotic for me, actually, haha). From the front door, the inner space and even the toilet, they all have very strong Uzbek elements.
Rumi是一家烏茲別克餐廳，是我住宿地方的一對加拿大情侶推薦的，位於Dostyk 街上在哈薩克斯坦飯店附近。
餐廳整個裝潢設計的很烏茲別克（我猜啦！），對我來說整個餐廳的環境好有異國風情又好中亞喔！(廢話！啊我就不是當地人啊！這裡什麼對我來說都很有異國情調！哈哈）從大門，整個用餐空間到廁所都好烏茲別克喔！

I highly recommend this restaurant not only for the delicious dishes I tried but the confident and professional attitude the waiters provided there. I still remember the waiter who served me doesn't speak English, but he tried to explain in his own way that there's Plov combo for a very nice price to me, and also the confidence he showed when he was doing his work, I can just give him a thumb up!!
我相當推薦這家餐廳是不單單只是因為他的食物很美味，更是因為哪裡的服務生專業以及自信的態度。 我印象很深刻，服務我的哪位服務生，他雖然不會講英文，但是他用他的方式來解釋牛肉抓飯有很划算的套餐給我們知道， 還有他在做他工作時候的自信都讓我豎起大拇指啊！！
Then, it's a Georgian Restaurant, Hachapuri Khinkalievich. Our dear friends, Gaukhar and Olya took us there. It's a very typical Georgian Restaurant, they even show the promotion videos there on the TV screen, and it seems like Georgian dishes are very popular here. It's located also at Dostyk Street, but you can easily recognise it by the icon.
然後，是喬治亞餐廳Hachapuri Khinkalievich，是我們親愛的朋友Gaukhar還有Olya帶我們去的！這家想必是相當的正統，電視畫面上甚至還有好比喬治亞觀光局製作的宣傳影片，似乎喬治亞菜在這裡非常的受歡迎。 這家餐廳也是位在Dostyk Avenue，你可以從他們的看板很快的發現他！
Basically, there is no English menu there, it's all in Kazakh, however, the advantage of this restaurant is that there are photos in their menu. You can just point out what you want there, and the price is next to the photo. Hard to order, but not really so hard.
基本上，他們沒有英文的菜單，全部都是哈薩克文。但是好的一方面是，他們都有圖片跟價錢在旁邊給你參考。你可以手指點菜單，感覺有點難但是又不太難。
We ordered several dishes, but I was so focused on eating, thus, I didn't take photos of all the dishes we had, but all the dishes were so great. My friends recommended this restaurant for its delicious food and for the vert reasonable price there.
我們點了好幾道菜，但是我因為太專注在吃了，所以有的根本沒拍到照片（囧），但是每道菜都好好吃喔！朋友會推薦這裡是因為他東西不但好吃而且價錢還很合理喔！
Ah! Don't forget to order their grape lemonade, it's bottled lemonade from Georgian. It tastes a bit like grape soda without gas!
別忘了要點一下葡萄口味的Lemonade，他喝起來有點像沒有氣泡的汽水，也是超好喝的！
Actually, it was our last day in Almaty, and after the meal, our friend, Olya gave us a big souvenir - Apples from Almaty. She told us, this kind of Apples only exists in Almaty, coz they need certain circumstances to grow. It tastes a bit sour-sweet and the sweetest part of those apples was her lovely and attendant kindness.
其實，當天是我們最後一天在阿拉木圖了！親愛的Olya準備了一份大心的禮物給我們，就是阿拉木圖的蘋果。他告訴我們，這蘋果只有在阿拉木圖出產，因為他需要特定的氣候條件去生長。 蘋果嚐起來有點帶酸的甜，但是最甜蜜的是他的心意啊！
the last restaurant is Saule, a garden restaurant with Central Asian mixed cuisine. Our lovely Madina took us there when we left the Big Almaty Lake! It's not far from the entrance of the Lake, and the garden fits perfect a dreamy garden wedding! ;)
最後一家餐廳，Saule，是一家帶有庭園風的中亞餐廳。我們親愛的Madina在帶我們離開大阿拉木圖湖的時後去吃的。在離入口不遠處，他們庭園其實還蠻適合辦夢幻婚禮的！;)
Our friends selected some dishes they like here, they recommended us the Georgian barbeque, and the salad here tasted so great!! I love the Hinchy a lot, there are two types, one is cheese flavour and the other is beef. Hinchy tastes a bit different than Khachpuri, the cheese tastes milder and softer. Besides, the meat I tried here is basically yummy I don't really eat lamb in Taiwan, but I did enjoy the lamb when I was there!
我們的友人幫我們選了幾道菜，他強力的推薦我們喬治亞風味的烤肉串，這裡的沙拉真的好好味啊！有我最愛的芝麻葉，沙拉的淋醬真的是很讚！這裡的Hinchy很好吃！有兩種不同的口味，一種是起司的另一種是牛肉的，吃起來跟前面說到的Khachpuri不太一樣！起司口味的吃起來比較溫和也比較軟！除此之外，這裡的肉基本上來說真的很美味！我其實在台灣不太吃羊肉的人，但是當地我倒是挺享受他們的羊肉的！

After the restaurant, I also wanna show you some nice food you can find easily in the department stores food court, outside the supermarket or even in the underpass. The pastries!
In the city, when you are walking on the street, sometimes you can smell the fragrance of baking dough, you must be closer to pastry stores.
在介紹完餐廳後，我想要跟你們分享在百貨公司，在超市外，或是在地下街道可以取得的美食！ 派餅！
在這裡，當你走在街上，有時候你會聞到一股烤麵包的香氣，哪表示你應該是接近這些派餅店了！
I had two pastries and a sweet for my lunch, even they don't look big, but they can make your stomach so full easily!
我某天的午餐就是兩個派餅跟一個甜點，雖然他們看起來不大！但是他很容易就飽了！
To sum up, the Central Asian food is mainly meat dishes, tea is always accomplished with the meal. The way they cook the meat makes it full of flavour. I am sure it's worthy to have some exotic festivals for your tongue when you visit here!!
總而言之，中亞餐基本上是肉食的，茶也是餐桌必備的！ 他們料理肉的方式讓肉變得很有風味！我很確定來這裡旅行並且讓舌頭來場異國的饗宴是很得的！
And as my experiences told me, that my belly was getting bigger and bigger during my trip. I'd better suggest you to control yourself a bit to leave some quota for the food here.
我的經驗告訴我，我在這裡的時候肚子一天比一天大！ 所以我必須要建議你們再來這裡之前克制自己一點，留一點扣打給這裡的美食吧！
