Tainan is the oldest city in Taiwan, and it's famous for its culture and historical heritages here. From the train station as the centre, people can reach most of the historical sites by foot (besides those ones in Anping District). This time I'm not going to introduce those historical sites, there is a trend here, that people renovate the old houses here to keep its old look and make the interior design look so vintage and chic to make those buildings the most outstanding decoration of the city.
台南可說是台灣最古老的城市。由火車站為中心大部分的古蹟景點都可以步行抵達（除了安平區的古蹟外）。這裡也有個趨勢，就是很多老屋翻修的店家，老屋的外觀，古意的室內設計，在在的都是這個城市最美的景色。

During my stay in Tainan these days, I spent most of my time home with my parents; however, I still tried to discover nice cafes nearby to make me feel a hipster about myself then.
在我待在台南的這幾天，雖然我大多時間都待在家裡陪我爸媽。然而，我還是有試著外出嘗試些不錯的咖啡廳，讓我自己小文青一下。
First one I went to is "get late" cafe， in a small ally of Weimin Street in Tainan. There's an old building next to the cafe when you see the house at the corner, the cafe is just right next to it.
第一家要介紹的是「晚起」咖啡，在台南市衛民街的小巷內，旁邊是棟醒目的老住宅。 當你看到這棟老屋是，晚起就在隔壁處。

當你走進咖啡廳時，馬上會先被紐約市的黑白照片吸引住。你也許會以為這家店小小的，因為他們的開放式廚房是設立在前後用餐區之間。空間也算是相當舒適，可以安靜的享用一頓早午餐。
The staff recommended me their signature brunch - Pan fried chicken leg brunch set. The presentation is beautiful than it really tastes! The chicken leg skill was crispy and the meat was seasoned well, and the soup was alright, however, the side dish portion was not very big and rich actually. If you're not so hungry and just want to spend time in a cosy place reading and working a bit, this place can be a nice option for you.

When you walk in the cafe, the first attraction is the black and white New York City photo on the wall. You might think the cafe is very small, coz you see just the front side of it, the open kitchen is in the middle of the front dining area and then back one. It's actually very cosy to stay there and enjoy the brunch quietly.
店員推薦我他們招牌早午餐-香煎雞腿排套餐。擺盤很漂亮，味道還算可以。 雞腿外皮煎得酥脆，湯品嘗起來也及格。 只是他的配菜不算多，整體上來說也不是很豐富。如果你不是太餓而且只是想舒適的閱讀或是做點事的話，這家咖啡廳的空間會是個很好的選擇。

Next one I am going to introduce is Lujiaozhi (鹿角枝) café. My cousin took me to this wonderful café. When I arrive there, I already fell in love with this atmosphere and its look.
接下來我要推薦的是，鹿角枝咖啡。 很感謝我表妹帶我來這家店，我一看到他就深深愛上這裡的環境跟他的建築。
If you don’t pay attention to this café when you pass by, you would definitely think it’s a residential house instead of thinking that it’s for commercial use. This building has around 60 years old, and most of the furniture and decoration are vintage goods and collected by the owner. This café is located also in West Central District in Tainan City; the house has two floors and you can see the all the old photos or stuff around you to bring you through time when you step in there.
要是沒有留神的話，經過這裡還會以為這裡只是一般的民宅。 這棟房子有60年的歷史，大部分的家具及擺飾都是老闆精心收集的古物喔! 咖啡廳也是坐落在中西區，有兩層樓的樓房，裡面充滿著老照片及老擺設，一踏進裡面就有種穿越時空的感覺。

The high ceiling of the café makes feel more at ease and as it’s an individual house, there is light all around it. The ventilation is also great and there are windows all around the building as well. You can also see the National Tainan University through the window. It was such a joy to be there just sitting around and spending time talking to my cousin.
咖啡廳的挑高的屋頂會給人一種自在的感覺。獨棟的建築會讓採光變得很好，四面都有窗的關係，通風也很棒。 面對台南大學，透過窗戶就可以見到椰林大道。 能在這裡坐坐並跟表妹聊聊天的感覺真好。

There are not many options in the menu; however, the light meals they offer are quite rich. The brunch is quite light, not oily at all. The omelette was juicy, sweet potato chips were tasty, the seasonal vegetables and the salad were okay, but the sesame dressing was good. Overall, the brunch might not be the greatest one, but it can definitely satisfy your stomach.
其實菜單上沒有很多選擇，然而份量上卻是相當豪爽的。 早午餐很清爽，一點也不油膩。歐姆蛋稱得上多汁、番薯片很順口、蔬菜跟沙拉還算可以，但是芝麻醬挺對我的味的。 整體來說，他不能算是最棒的早午餐，但是絕對可以滿足你的味。

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to talk to the owner this time, but I will go back again, trying to chat with the owner for more stories about this nice café and his collections. Hope to share with everyone soon!
